Tennis hospitality packages combine a guaranteed reserved seat at a major tournament with premium food, drink, and lounge access. Rather than dealing with ballots, queues, and the secondary market for tickets, a hospitality package handles everything together. You arrive, your seat is waiting, the food and drink are included, and you leave having watched world-class tennis from a position most fans never access.

experience.tennis curates and books hospitality packages across the Grand Slams, the ATP and WTA Masters 1000 circuit, the Laver Cup, ATP and WTA Finals, and other prestigious tournaments. Every package listed here has been researched and written up in detail by fans who have been there.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before booking your tennis hospitality experience.

Most tennis hospitality packages include a reserved seat at the tournament, access to a private lounge or suite, food served throughout the day (either a set menu or buffet format), a complimentary bar covering wine, beer, and soft drinks, and a dedicated concierge service. Premium packages may also include a Champagne reception, a celebrity chef menu, direct suite-to-seat access, or on-court experiences. The exact inclusions vary significantly between packages and tournaments — every listing on experience.tennis specifies exactly what is and is not included.

Prices vary widely depending on the tournament, the package tier, and the season. At Queen's Club, packages start from £285 per person for the WTA500 and range to over £1,000 per person for the most premium options at the ATP500. Wimbledon hospitality starts from around £1,265 per person. Grand Slam packages in North America typically start from around £800 to £1,000 per person equivalent. Masters 1000 events generally offer better value per unit of tennis quality than the Grand Slams. A full breakdown of prices is available on each individual package page.

Click the Enquire Now button on any package page. Our team will respond within one business day with availability, pricing, and next steps. For packages with direct booking enabled, you can complete the reservation and payment on site. We confirm the booking with the provider and send your tickets ahead of the event.

A debenture is a five-year loan to a tournament organiser — typically Wimbledon — in exchange for a guaranteed seat for every day of the event across five years. Debenture holders who do not attend every day make their seats available for resale through authorised channels. Buying a debenture resale seat gives you a guaranteed official seat for a single day, without the ballot, with all the benefits of the original debenture position. A hospitality package combines a reserved seat with premium dining, lounge access, and a full-service experience around the tennis. The two products serve different buyers: debenture resale suits fans who want the seat and prefer to manage the day themselves; a hospitality package suits anyone who wants the full experience handled.

It depends what you are optimising for. Wimbledon offers the most prestigious setting and the most storied packages, but availability is extremely limited and prices reflect demand. Queen's Club offers exceptional value with some of the most characterful spaces in British tennis — particularly the Real Tennis Museum and Dedans packages, which are unlike anything at any other event. The Laver Cup at The O2 in London offers some of the best value-to-experience ratio on the European calendar, with packages starting under £1,500 for the full tournament. For North American events, Montreal and Cincinnati offer world-class tennis at significantly lower prices than the US Open or Wimbledon.

Yes. Several packages on our platform are specifically designed for corporate entertaining — private suites for groups of up to twenty at the DC Open, private dining rooms for twelve at Queen's Club, and full-tournament suite packages at the Laver Cup. We also work with corporate buyers to source packages not listed on the site, and can advise on which tournaments and package tiers work best for different group sizes and client profiles. Use the Enquire Now button on any package or contact us directly through our Concierge page.
