About this package

There is a moment that happens in The President's Room that doesn't happen anywhere else at Queen's Club. You finish lunch, push back from the table, and walk to a pair of French doors. You open them. And you are already there — in the Royal Box, looking straight down at the Andy Murray Arena, with the grass and the players and the full atmosphere of the ATP500 directly in front of you. No corridor, no stand, no searching for your seat among strangers. The suite-to-seat access here is not a short walk or a designated lane. It is a single step through a door.

That moment is what The President's Room sells, and it is genuinely unlike anything else in the Queen's hospitality lineup.

The room sits on the second floor of the Queen's Clubhouse — a building that has stood at the centre of British tennis since 1886 — and it carries that history in its proportions and its details. The furnishings are formal without being stiff. The atmosphere is one of a room that understands its own significance without needing to announce it. Private tables of ten or twelve are available, which means the space retains the intimate quality that makes it special — this is not a shared dining room where you happen to be near other guests, it is a private setting for your group within one of the most historic buildings in world tennis.

The food structure is the most complete of any package at Queen's. A Champagne reception on arrival is followed by a canapé reception, then a three-course lunch served at your private table, then traditional afternoon tea. The complimentary bar runs throughout the entire day and covers Champagne, Pimm's, spirits, beer, selected wines, and soft drinks — a broader and more premium drinks range than most other packages in the lineup. The view of the Queen's Cup Trophy within the suite connects the day to the competitive stakes of the tournament being played outside, which in the context of the ATP500 — one of the most competitive grass court events on the tour — gives the room a weight beyond its physical elegance.

The balcony seats overlooking Centre Court are padded and positioned to give an uninterrupted view of the court from the Royal Box level. The ATP500 draws Carlos Alcaraz, Jack Draper, and the best grass court players in the world to Queen's in the week before Wimbledon, when every player is at peak sharpness and every match carries Wimbledon implications. Watching that tennis from a private balcony above the court, having just had three courses and a Champagne reception in a room that has hosted the most significant names in British tennis across 140 years, is about as complete a sporting hospitality day as exists anywhere in the British calendar.

Available Monday 15 June to Saturday 20 June — the opening rounds through to the semifinals. The President's Room is not available for the ATP500 final on Sunday 21 June. For groups whose priority is the final specifically, an alternative package is worth considering. For everyone else, the semifinal Saturday is arguably the better day — two matches back to back on Centre Court, the highest concentration of quality tennis in the week, and the full weight of the Wimbledon countdown in every point.

The President's Room is sold out for the ATP500 2026. Register your interest through the experience.tennis concierge and we will contact you immediately if availability returns or to discuss future editions.
