Most hospitality packages at Queen's Club ask one question: how do we make the day around the tennis as good as the tennis itself? HerStory at Tennis asks a different question entirely. How do we make the day mean something beyond the match?
The answer is a package that was built from a genuine brief. Keith Prowse asked their customers what they would want from a female-delivered hospitality experience as professional women's tennis returned to Queen's Club for only its second year. The response shaped every element of what HerStory became — not a standard package with a panel discussion added on, but a day designed from first principles around the idea that sport, business, and the people who operate at the intersection of the two deserve a hospitality format built for them specifically.
The result is the most programme-rich package in the entire Queen's lineup, across both the WTA500 and the ATP500.
The centrepiece is the interactive insights session hosted by Chemmy Alcott OLY. Chemmy is a four-time Winter Olympian, the first British ski racer to win a World Cup, and now one of the most recognised voices in British sports broadcasting — across the BBC, Sky Sports, ESPN, and Eurosport simultaneously. She is not a ceremonial host. She leads a structured, interactive session alongside esteemed sports and sports business personalities, covering the themes that the women in the room have actually said they want to discuss. The format has, across the two editions of HerStory, produced conversations that guests describe as the highlight of the day — not the preamble to it.
The space is The View facility, with a private terrace overlooking Courts 1, 2, and 5 and seating options inside and outside across a high-end, premium-informal setting. A DJ runs throughout the day, setting the tone from arrival. The pamper room is accessible all day. A takeaway gift marks the occasion — a considered detail that treats the day as something worth commemorating rather than simply attending.
The food is handled by Smoking Lobster, the family-run Pan-Asian restaurant from the Isle of Wight working with Absolute Taste. The format is roaming Asian fusion small plates with a live chef station, plus roaming afternoon tea served throughout the space. The menu has a deliberate focus on local, seasonal ingredients and sustainability — a food philosophy that matches the values at the heart of the HerStory experience. A welcome drink on arrival leads into a specially curated cocktail menu alongside Pimm's, wine, spirits, beers, and soft drinks, with takeaway drinks permitted courtside so nothing needs to be left behind when the tennis calls.
The Centre Court seats are Premium North Stand, with padded seats located directly behind the players — the baseline position that puts you as close to the server as any seat on Andy Murray Arena during a changeover. The walk from the facility to those seats is short, via the VIP entrance lane at Palliser Road directly into the first-floor space.
The profits from every HerStory package sold benefit the LTA Tennis Foundation — the LTA's official charity, whose mission is to improve lives through tennis. The day costs money, and the money does something. That is not a footnote to the experience. It is part of what makes it worth choosing over a package that offers comparable food and drink without the same purpose.
HerStory at Tennis is available on Thursday 11 and Friday 12 June 2026 only — the two dedicated WTA500 dates. Both are sold out. If you would like to be placed on the waitlist for any returned availability, or to discuss securing a place for a future edition, register your interest through the experience.tennis concierge.
