The President's Room sits within the Queen's Clubhouse and has one feature that nothing else in the WTA500 hospitality lineup can match: French doors that open directly onto a private balcony overlooking the Andy Murray Arena. That balcony is the Royal Box. The suite-to-seat access is not a short walk or a designated lane — it is a single step through a pair of doors from your lunch table to one of the most coveted viewing positions at the entire tournament. You are already there before the match starts.

The room is private and exclusively for groups of ten or twelve, which gives it a quality the larger shared facilities cannot replicate. The Clubhouse setting carries the full weight of Queen's Club history, and the furnishings and proportions of the room reflect that. This is not a temporary hospitality suite installed for the tournament. It is a permanent room in a building that has been at the centre of British tennis since 1886, and the WTA500 is only the second women's event to take place here in over fifty years. Attending in the President's Room during this particular moment in the tournament's history adds a layer of significance that is hard to quantify but genuinely present.

The food is the most formally structured of any package in the WTA500 lineup. A Champagne reception on arrival is followed by a canapé reception and a three-course lunch served at your private table, with traditional afternoon tea completing the day.
