About this package

The President's Room has one feature that no other package at Queen's Club can offer and no amount of money at a different venue can replicate. A pair of French doors. You open them, and you are already there — on the Royal Box balcony, looking directly down at the Andy Murray Arena, with the grass and the players and the full weight of the WTA500 in front of you. Suite-to-seat access at Queen's Club means one step through a door. That is what you are buying when you book The President's Room, and everything else — the Champagne, the three courses, the historic Clubhouse setting — is what surrounds that moment.

The room sits on the second floor of the Queen's Clubhouse, a building that has stood at the centre of British tennis since 1886. It is private, formally furnished, and carries the history of the club in its proportions and its detail. Private tables of ten or twelve are available, which preserves the intimacy that makes the space work — you are not in a shared dining room where other parties happen to be nearby, you are in a private setting within one of the most significant buildings in world tennis, with your group and nobody else.

For the WTA500 specifically, the President's Room carries a significance beyond its permanent qualities. Women's professional tennis returned to Queen's Club in 2025 after an absence of more than fifty years. The Clubhouse in which this room sits witnessed that entire absence and the return. Watching the second edition of the WTA500 from the Royal Box balcony of the Queen's Clubhouse — with Emma Raducanu on home soil and a field of the world's best women's grass court players competing below you — is a combination of setting and occasion that exists nowhere else in the British tennis calendar this summer.

The food structure is the most formally layered of any WTA500 package. A Champagne reception on arrival is followed by a canapé reception, then a three-course lunch served at your private table, then traditional afternoon tea. The complimentary bar covers Pimm's, beer, spirits, selected wines, and soft drinks throughout the day. A view of the Queen's Cup Trophy within the suite connects the hospitality to the competitive stakes of what is being played for on the court outside — a detail that in the context of only the second WTA500 ever held at Queen's Club gives the room a particular weight.

The balcony seats are padded and positioned at Royal Box level, giving an unobstructed view of the full court from above the baseline end. The WTA500 brings a field whose grass court tennis rewards this elevated perspective — the movement, the serve patterns, and the baseline exchanges that define the women's game in June all read clearly from this position in a way that a lower seat sometimes doesn't allow.

One important scheduling note: The President's Room is available from Monday 8 June to Friday 12 June only, covering the opening rounds through to the quarterfinals. It is not available for the semifinals on Saturday 13 June or the final on Sunday 14 June. For groups whose priority is the final weekend specifically, an alternative package is worth considering. For everyone else, a quarterfinal Friday in The President's Room — with the draw at its most compelling and the stakes at their highest before the last four — is a strong day in its own right.

The President's Room is sold out for the WTA500 2026. Register your interest through the experience.tennis concierge and we will contact you immediately if any availability returns, or to discuss securing a place for a future edition.
